Whom Bell

Violators were acting like animals – variety Homosapiens
We were all shocked when we learned of the brutal gang rape of a 15-year-old girl at school, while other teenagers watched and took pictures, no one called the police. What can we do this? The only way to make sense of the atrocious acts as it is – look in the mirror. When it does, a look back at you, is its own image. Look deeper and you'll see human nature we all share.
At the deepest level of our most basic human nature is something we share with all forms of life on this planet – the survival instinct. These instincts say how to feed, breed (sex), and contribute to the death for the survival of the fittest. We credit our survival instinct that enables our species to win any competition, and domination of the planet. The reason for these instincts are so effective is because they are moral or immoral. They are amoral and underpin our potential to do evil. Psychologically, they want to demonstrate control, which is the driving force behind the violation.
Violators were acting like animals – Variety Homosapiens.
We think it's easier to point the finger at a handful of people and wonder how people can commit such horrible acts, as gang rapes. We do not recognize that the actions of both rapists and spectators were not unusual. And do not attributable to mental illness.
You can remember a time when, for years, rape, torture and murder are the order of the day, the culprits are – the common people. And who were the observers who have seen people being beaten on the street, he saw his neighbors of being uprooted from their home and moved into empty houses now? Who were the French / Italian policemen / Hungarian who won the victims, and farmers saw the Polish Victims skeleton looking through the barbed wire concentration camps. During the Nazi-occupied Europe, people "normal", baker, housewives, bankers and judges participated watched — and did nothing.
In the United States Government watched and did nothing. In Italy, the Vatican has seen and did nothing – other than to help Nazi war criminals escape South America and pray for the Jews – to convert to Catholicism. Compared rape, torture and slaughter of millions, what is "over rape? This is not as if women and children are raped every day in America. The images of young viewers had the violation, the Nazis took tens of thousands of people. Why is the issue of rape? The poet John Donne:
Any man's death diminishes me,
because I am part of humanity.
Therefore, ask not for whom the bell tolls.
It tolls for thee.
In letters to the editor about the gang rape, some suggest that morality and compassion should be taught in schools. However, morality and compassion can be taught, that arise from within the individual. Our indoctrination culture gives us a code of ethics, which tells us what is right and what is false. The problem is, as Shakespeare said: "It is neither good nor bad, but thinking it do so. "
Slavery, people burned alive, and slavery of women, were once considered ethical by the men who were appointed themselves moral arbiters of society – religious leaders. Not long ago, the Catholic hierarchy considered morally just to protect priests abusing children. If we can not trust moral judgments on others, whereas "I was following orders from a moral police, what can we trust? The answer is simple: look in the mirror.
When we look at our human nature in depth, we find that in addition to our survival instincts amoral, have a higher potential level of psychological maturity Abraham Maslow called "self-actualization." individual freedom, personal power, courage – and the moral, are some of the skills that characterize this state. When we become self-realization, the animals, we become moral, that can live in a society that is torture, racism, theocracy, and environmental destruction "normal" and decide for ourselves: "This is false." If we do not become, updated on the normal maturation process, our DNA s gives us a simple way to achieve this "enlightened" state, which is actually the beginning of good health mental, the elderly, the consciousness of adults.
When you bring your true self (auto) when you look in the mirror, would be a picture of himself that is half black and half-light, reflecting its potential for evil and its potential for good. Paradoxically, only when he accepts his potential for evil does not have access to potential higher and have the courage to take a rapist in the head with a tree branch, call the police and testify in court.
The problem is not that we have a team dark human nature, but not be aware. No matter how enlightened we become, day by day, better than any we can to lean toward the good – that is all that is needed to redress the balance.
Since childhood, Jean’s quest has been the search for knowledge, which is synonymous with power. Her intent is to empower individuals looking to jump start their psychological evolution and achieve higher consciousness. Her book, The Greatest Escape: Travel the Quantum Path to Personal Freedom, providers readers with the theory underlying two quantum personal growth techniques, which produce immediate results, without talking about problems. Plenty of colorful pictures enhance the learning and make the book fun to read. More information can be found at http://www.quantumboyd.com
