how could i become a driver(car tester) for company’s like Car and Driver, Motor Trend, Road & Track, etc.
It’s not easy, and it’s not a job you can directly apply for. The sources you’re mentioning do not employ test drivers, the editors themselves drive the vehicles.
So, if you really wanted to work for one of them and test drive new cars you’d better be serious about journalism. Most of them either have a degree in journalism, have spent years hosting an automotive talk show, or have some other random tie-in to the automotive world that gives them the credentials to rate vehicles.
The editors/writers are given the vehicles for both short and long test drives. Some of them actually use them as daily commuters as part of “real world” testing.
If that sounds like a bit much just to become a test driver you’re right. The “test” driving in those jobs is merely a side perk, it’s not the primary role of the position.
You can pursue other avenues of vehicle testing. Most of them require an engineering degree or a background in professional driving…i.e. you run in some sort of race circuit for awhile or you start out with say GM as a low level engineer and work your way into quality control/test driving vehicles.
In short, it’s not an easy feat to get paid to test drive fun new vehicles. It’s a right that has to be earned and most often goes to someone who “knows” someone else within an organization.
For a short lived version you could always enroll yourself into a professional driving school. They’ll let you run all kinds of high powered sports cars, some last weeks. It comes with a hefty price tag of course.
If all else fails you can always dress up nice and hit the town, you’d be surprised what a suit will do for you at a Mercedes dealership 
In my younger years I spent many weekends going from dealer to dealer driving all the vehicles I thought I might enjoy.
