Enjoy Your Favorite Book While Tightening Your Core
If you have a passion for reading when you sit down with a book time probably flies by so quickly before you know it you have overrun the time you had allotted to reading the book. Of course you start out with a goal; you wont read past this chapter but when you are done you have read in excess of three chapters. Sound familiar?
If your answer is yes there are a number of ways you can still read your book and get things done. If you need to do things around the house you can use an audio book reader to listen to the story. If you need to do something like exercise you can opt to use an ab belt while you read.
So you see that you don’t necessarily have to put your book down to get the things on your to do list ticked off. You just need to come up with ways to ingeniously combine tasks so you can still enjoy your favorite past time while maintaining your time management schedule. Who knew it could be that easy? And I should know because I am an avid reader who has numerous times spent too much time reading one book because I got too engrossed.
